Mulder was kickass last night. Matty goes tonight. The comeback seems to be going pretty good for Grizzly Adams. Now if he'd just shave.

From 5-1 and a possible loss to my old team to a 6-5 victory. Totally awesome.
I'll take 2 hits and an RBI groundout.

I should have updated about this earlier, but Nikki and I had our first daughter, Raine Tyler Rolen. She's been a handful, but I'm loving being a dad.
She's got a pretty strong grip; I'm thinking she could be a centerfielder one day.

Yeah, sorry I was a bit cryptic last update. Niki and I are having some problems right now. We're going to work them out, though.
38 games over .500 and the next closest team is 15 games back. . .
God am I glad I'm not in Philly right now.

We won today. Beat Atlanta 4-1.
I don't think I'm going to grow tired of this winning thing.
i think I'd like to see us and the Yankees in the World Series. That would be fun.

Yup, that's right, we swept the Mets. Next up is the Marlins.
I'm 2 RBI away from 100. I'm definitely on pace to crush my previous career highs in home runs and RBI. . . My previous best was 31 homers and 110 RBI with Philly, in 1998. I've heard rumblings of perhaps myself overtaking Bonds as N.L. MVP? Ha, as long as Barry Bonds is playing the game, no one is taking the MVP crown from him unless you, like, hit 85 homers and drive in 160 RBI or something. But we'll see. . .
But we did have to put Kiko Calero on the DL, which sucks. . . Kiko, is that not one of the best baseball names ever? Of course, nothing tops Rusty Kuntz.

Niki and I are expecting our first baby! He or she won't be around until January, but we're so excited!
